(2010) Created by the John and Alice Chapman Family, the fund provides scholarships to needy graduating seniors of any high school located in Washington County or Greene County. Students selected to receive a scholarship as a graduating senior may be eligible to receive up to three subsequent scholarships provided they continue to meet the criteria.
