Louis E. Waller, Sr., Construction Executive, earned an Associate Degree from
the University of Pittsburgh and was granted an Honorary Doctorate from
Waynesburg College. Louis served as the President of McAnallen Corporation
from 1963 through 1986. He then became the President of Waller Corporation
in 1986. Louis has served on the Greater Pittsburgh Council Advisory
Board. He was also Chairman of Washington County Board of Real Estate
Appeals, Vice Chairman of Waynesburg College Trustees, Vice Chairman of
Washington County Council of Economic Development, and President of the Minority
Contractors Association of Black Contractors Association. Louis has been
married for over 52 years to Shirley Jones. They have three children:
Phyllis, Lorraine, and Louis Jr.
