(2001) - The remaining trustees of the dissolving Christian Gathering Church created this fund in 2001 in memory of the Church's founders, Samuel R. Polan and Foley A. Selvaggi.  The fund will provide annual support to the Washington City Mission, continuing the church's many years of generous support to this local charity.
