(2002) - The Community Endowment for Peters Township was created by the Board of the Washington County Community Foundation in conjunction with a Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Concert held at Peters Township High School.  Since 2003, the Fund has benefited from the annual fund-raising success of the Taste of the Township event held at Valley Brook Country Club.
