Mission

Junior Achievement empowers young people to own their economic success through volunteer delivered programs which give students knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.

Programs and Services

  • Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce development, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs. In partnership with business and educators, JA brings the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential and preparing them for the world of work. Over 3,000 business, community and parent volunteers touched the lives of over 72,000 young people in western PA last year.
