Martha Y. Berman is a retired school psychologist.  Mrs. Berman attended Chatham College where she earned her Bachelor's degree.  She then continued on to George Washington University and received her M.A.  Mrs. Berman then attended The University of Pittsburgh and earned her M.Ed.  Mrs. Berman won the League of Women's Voters Social Service Award and the AAUW Outstanding Women of Washington County Award.  Along with the WCCF, Mrs. Berman is also on the Board for the Washington Hospital Foundation.  She is also involved in the City of Washington Economic Development Council, Washington Hospital Safety Center, and Washington Hospital Hospice.  In the past, she took part in the Washington Literacy Council, Brownson House, LeMoyne Center, Washington County Mental Health Association, AAUW, Citizens Library, and Beth Israel Congregation.  Mrs. Berman resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
