(1999) - Created by friends in honor of Gene Strosser, past CEO of the Washington Hospital, for his vision and leadership in providing for the health care needs of the entire Washington community.  The fund will support the Washington Hospital Foundation, the fundraising arm of the Hospital, which Mr. Strosser helped to create.
