- Thomas Campbell Apartments is a home for over 100 residents and has been a part of the Washinton County Community for over 50 years. Here at Thomas Campbell Apartments we provide not only a place of shelter but also a place for our residents to live, thrive, and enjoy the people and the community around them for a long as they are able to do so.
