Clyde J. Tracanna / Washington Rotary Club Educational & Vocational Fund for McGuffey, Trinity and Washington School Districts

Typical Award: Three Scholarships of $1,000; One to a Student from Each District

Post-Secondary Program: Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor's

Requirements

• Applicant must be a current year graduating senior who resides within the boundaries of the McGuffey, Trinity, or Washington School District.

Special Consideration

Qualified applicants who engage in community service activities that embody with the Rotary Motto "Service Above Self" will be given preference.

Application

To be considered for this award, the applicant must submit an online application that includes:

• A response of no more than 500 words to the following essay topic: How will my plans for post-secondary education help me to achieve success in my future career?
  
  
• A PDF of the applicant’s FAFSA Student Aid Report.

Deadline

All required application components must be received by April 1. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

The Foundation will take steps to secure transcripts for any applicant who is under consideration for an award. Scholarship awards are determined solely by the Foundation and scholarship awards may be rescinded at any time if upon further review, the applicant is deemed to be ineligible, or for any other reason as determined by the Foundation.
