Post-Secondary Program: Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor's
Applicant must be a child of a Washington County family. Additionally, applicant's parent(s) or guardian(s) must be either employed as a first responder or volunteer with a first responder organization (e.g., fire, emergency/rescue, police).
Preference will be given to those students whose parent or guardian has been killed in the line of duty, or who have otherwise been affected by local tragedy.

The Foundation will take steps to secure transcripts for any applicant who is under consideration for an award. Scholarship awards are determined solely by the Foundation and scholarship awards may be rescinded at any time if upon further review, the applicant is deemed to be ineligible, or for any other reason as determined by the Foundation.
