Programs and Services
- Harmony Life Center (HLC) is a 501(c)(3) located in downtown Washington, PA serving individuals and families dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues by providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for Recovery, Resources, Support and Advocacy.
- HLC is considered a Recovery Community Organization (RCO) that offers 54 meetings and has foot traffic of over 900 persons a month coming through the door. HLC currently has a 15-member Board and is a volunteer peer run organization.
- Services offered include: Recovery meetings, Life Coaching, Certified Recovery Specialists (CRS), Recovery Events, Recovery books and merchandise that promote recovery, volunteer opportunities, access to local resources, Local, State and Federal advocacy for substance abuse issues, Legal services including pardons assistance, support for families and significant others, a place where sponsors can meet with their sponsorees, and Healing Hearts-a support group for grieving parents of overdose.
