Our Nonprofit Leadership and Engagement program is proactively addressing the organizational challenges of charities in Washington County by
- Issuing targeted capacity-building grants to enable each grantee to reach its next level of financial, operational, organizational, or programmatic maturity.
- Providing free educational opportunities on topics relevant to the sector and presented by content experts, and
- Providing individual technical assistance to charities particularly in the areas of financial management, governance, marketing, and fundraising.
