Grant reports are required for restricted grants of $5,000 or more.
The grant report should be submitted when the grant monies are fully expended or within one year of the date of the grant.
EITC Program
Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) Program Reports are required for all EIO Fund grants. The program report should be submitted when the grant monies are fully expended or within one year of the date of the funding agreement.
