We turn a frown upside down by giving individuals the opportunity to ride and connect with horses through therapy!
Programs and Services
- Memories in the Makin', a 501c3 non-profit organization started in 2021, for equine therapy, serving people with developmental and physical disabilities. Presently, we have 20+ therapy riders. In addition, we assist veterans with their rehabilitation and recovery from PTSD and other physical challenges. Our services are offered on a weekly basis for each individual. They work on physical, mental and emotional goals with the horses. Each individual works on horsemanship skills like brushing their horses, tacking their horses, leading their horses and riding. Each week our individuals grow a bond with their horses and become more confident in their skills and always leave with a smile on their faces.
