Mission
Our mission is to support women by gathering socially, working on philanthropic projects, and networking with the hope that friendships based on trust and mutual respect will develop.
Programs and Services
- The goal of WOMEN of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Inc. is to help those less-fortunate women and children in southwestern Pennsylvania. We distribute the bulk of our funds in the form of grants, which local non-profit organizations apply for each spring through our yearly grant application process. The grant applications are then reviewed and evaluated by our philanthropy committee. We also disburse funds throughout the months of September to June in order to help local non-profit organizations with emergency needs.
