To unite people, resources, and organizations to improve lives in Washington County.

Programs and Services

  • The overall goal of the Community Impact Fund is to build community trust and confidence in a human services system that is collaborative and responsive. One that is result-oriented and efficiently uses all available resources. We offer support for programs focused on health and human service needs for the people of Washington County, with particular interest in the three areas of education, financial stability, and health.
  • Our 2-1-1 Helpline, the service of PA 2-1-1-Southwest, is provided in Washington County. This 24-hour resource line historically has responded to crises and connects those residents in need to meet their basic needs. The resource navigators who respond to calls made from Washington County to 2-1-1 and texts to 898-211 will make appropriate referrals to resources available in our community.
